Minimum 15–20 years of exp in automotive workshop maintenance, including 5+ yrs as a Workshop Foreman/Supervisor. Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic reports. Knowledge of workshop KPIs, fleet maintenance, and performance improvement. Mandatory Gulf experience with multi-brand heavy vehicles and construction equipment. Follow company safety procedures, maintain a safe and clean workplace, and ensure high-quality repairs with minimal vehicle downtime
