Platform Fee Refund Policy
All fees collected for job postings and CV searching are non-refundable. Once the service is activated, your posts benefit from extensive promotion across our social networks, enhancing visibility and engagement. We believe that this investment provides significant value in connecting employers with potential candidates.

Eligibility for Refunds
1. Technical Issues
If your job advertisement does not go live due to technical issues on our platform, you may be eligible for a full refund. Technical issues may include, but are not limited to Website downtime, Payment processing errors, Inability to upload job listings.
2. Service Not as Described
If the job advertisement service you receive is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. This includes discrepancies in advertisement placement, visibility or reach of the job posting, duration of the advertisement.
3. Cancellations
If you cancel your job advertisement within 24 hours of purchase and before the job posting goes live, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after the job posting has gone live will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged multiple times for the same job advertisement due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charges.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations change of mind after the job advertisement has gone live, lack of applications or candidates resulting from the job advertisement, Poor response or performance of the job advertisement, Job advertisement removed due to violation of our terms of service or posting guidelines
Process for Requesting a Refund
1. Contact Support
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@gulfjobswalkin.com within 14 days of your purchase. Provide the following information your name and contact information, invoice number or transaction ID, reason for the refund request.
2. Review and Response
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. You may be asked to provide additional information or documentation to support your refund request.
3. Refund Approval
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
