Job Description

• Manage and maintain company website and domain.

• Handle official email systems including Outlook and domain emails.

• Maintain and support database systems.

• Manage office IT infrastructure for computers, laptops, printers, scanners, network connections (LAN/Wi-Fi), and mobile/landline systems.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.

• Ensure system security, backups, and data protection.

• Provide technical support to office staff.

• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in IT administration or support.

• Knowledge of networks, systems, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, domains, and hosting.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
