About Job

SR ESTIMATION/PROPOSAL ENGINEER–05 NOS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering
  2. Minimum 8 – 12 yrs experience
  3. The ideal candidate must have mixed experience in both proposal and estimation
  4. Must have experience in CANDY software
  5. Road infrastructure or heavy Earthworks/Mining experience
  6. Familiarity with Omani construction market, cost structures, and local suppliers/subcontractors
  7. Strong Knowledge of estimation software, pricing methodologies, and market rate analysis
  8. Proficiency in MS Excel, Auto CAD, and Primavera (for BOQ/time correlation)
  9. Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
  10. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
