Vira International is looking for a seasoned Catering Operations Manager to join a leading catering company in Saudi Arabia. If you have extensive experience managing large-scale, high-volume operations across the GCC, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 15+ years in the catering industry with at least 10 years within GCC markets.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Expertise: Budgeting, costing, P&L, financial controls, and reporting.

• Leadership: Proven track record in managing large-scale catering operations, multi-site projects, and multicultural teams.

• Compliance: In-depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality assurance standards.

• Skills: Strong client relationship management, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office.
